These terms and conditions stated herein (the “Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) constitute a legal agreement between the Platform's viewers, browsers, visitors, or users hereby defined as “you” or “the customers” and the G.T.V.C Import Export Co., Ltd as the “Company” or “GTVC” or “ GTVC speedboat Cambodia”.

By using or accessing the platform in any way, viewing or browsing the website/ mobile application, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use.

GTVC reserves the right to amend and update the Terms of Use or its policies at any time. Notification of new updates will appear on your screen once you revisit the Platform. You agree that it shall be your responsibility to review the Terms of Use once updated.

1. User Account Registration

User Account (“Account”) allows you more complete aspects of the Service. By registering an account, you consent to the Company to use and access the Platform FOR THE PURPOSES AND IN THE MANNER AS SPECIFIED HEREUNDER:

You are required to submit to GTVC certain personal data including but not limited to your name, address, email address, mobile phone number, age.
You, by law, assure your provision of true and accurate information. Failure to maintain accurate, complete and most recent information as required above may result in an invalid account or termination of the access to the Service.
You voluntarily agree to allow GTVC to store, access and proceed with your personal data, which have been provided, at any time and under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility

By using or accessing the Platform in any way, viewing or browsing the Platform, YOU HEREBY GUARANTEE:

You confirm that your use of the service is for your legal personal purpose which determines your sole responsibility for any harm or misinterpretation of the Platform’s contents and further access.

3. Links to Other Websites

Whilst using the website or the application, you may encounter or participate in other links to our advertisers or sponsors, identified as the “Third-party”, introducing their products or services. By entering or accessing the Third-party’s website, you hereby consent to their terms and conditions. GTVC has no control over, and cannot rightfully assume responsibility for general practices of any of these third-party sites and/or services. Therefore, any such correspondence is your sole accountability.

4. Purchase and Payment

By clicking on the Checkout button, you expressly agree to our lawful operation between GTVC and our e-payment partners as well as warrant that the card being processed legitimately belongs to you.
Once we receive your purchase request, we will request pre-authorization on your card to ensure there is sufficient balance available to complete the transaction. The order will not be preceded by GTVC’s operation team until this pre-authorization check has been completed.
Your card will be debited once you receive Confirmation Email from us.
GTVC currently supports a few payment methods as listed in the app/ website. Any payment process aside from our partners is not our responsibility.

5. Seat Availability Confirmation

GTVC provides both an inventory system and an API connection with real-time updates. Thus, your requested booking(s) are 100% guaranteed.

6. Ticket Cancellation and Modification

The tickets purchased are not valid for any Refund/ Cancel/ modification.
